The predecessor of the company, Zhuji Datang Weihuan knitting machinery factory, was established in 1999, located in Yuwang new village, Datang Town, and began to manufacture 503A, small computer and medium computer hosiery machines.

In 2000, the trademark "Weihuan" was registered.

In 2005, Zhuji Weihuan Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd. was established and began to develop and produce large computerized intelligent socks machines. The technical research and development and after-sales service team was gradually established, and Weihuan brand socks machines were widely recognized by the market for their stable quality and good service.

In 2010, the company moved to No. 15, Union Road, Sandu Town, Zhuji City, with a factory area of more than 16 acres. In June 2010, the company participated in the formulation of FZ/T97021-2009 industry standard for computerized sock knitting machine as the leading drafting unit.

At the end of 2010, the company started to set up a production and sales R&D team for flat knitting machines and gradually developed the flat knitting machine market.

In 2012, the company officially changed its name to Zhejiang Weihuan Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.

On August 17, 2017, the company moved to No. 32, Wen Cultivation Road, West Industrial Zone, Zhuji City, with a factory area of 26600m². The production capacity has been further enhanced and the company has continuously strengthened its R&D investment, consolidated its R&D strength, strictly implemented the ISO9000 system, actively promoted TQM and 6S management, and realized the company's efficient, data-driven, and result-oriented management mode with the help of ERP system.
